Energy Efficiency

What is energy efficiency? Once, it was just about using less. Now it’s about creating holistic and sustainable solutions with less impact. Energy efficiency combines educating people about consumption with new, improved, and green building construction that reduces an urban center’s environmental footprint. Smart grids and energy management technologies draw on the Internet of Things to innovate how we store, consume and distribute energy. Energy efficiency also relies on a greater use of sustainable resources like solar and wind. Using less energy is, of course, better, but future energy efficiency inspires so many more innovations.
